monday.com is growing and looking for an EMEA Partner Account Manager who will be responsible for enhancing the level of partners account management with our key partners across all segments of their accounts. This role is highly strategic and diverse and includes further developing the account management capabilities of our partners by a combination of hands-on approach and relationship management with key accounts as well as scaled operation and enablement, delivering multi-million $ performance from account expansion.

About The Role

monday.com is growing and looking for an EMEA Partner Account Manager who will be responsible for enhancing the level of partners account management with our key partners across all segments of their accounts. This role is highly strategic and diverse and includes further developing the account management capabilities of our partners by a combination of hands-on approach and relationship management with key accounts as well as scaled operation and enablement, delivering multi-million $ performance from account expansion.

  • Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of account management across existing accounts portfolio (>1000 clients) high profile monday.com partners
  • Balance your time and resources to achieve maximal impact and performance via combination of hands-on work, scaled operation, and 1 to many enablement.
  • Collaborate with partners, partners managers, success managers, and more.
  • Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships account management practices, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them.
  • Own your partner’s portfolio expansion targets and delivering the results
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Support partners where required, with general guidance or on sales calls to close opportunities
Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years experience in SaaS Account Management - must
  • Hebrew & English Fluency is a must
  • Experience in handling Enterprise sales and account management - must
  • 1+ years’ experience in managing Channel Partners/ Resellers - advantage
  • SUPERB multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong sales background - with track record - from opportunity to close
  • Experienced negotiator with high closing rates
  • Account and quota planning skills
  • Ability to take an entire project from A to Z
  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a winning approach
