Key Responsibilities
- Perform final inspections on commercial/military hardware.
- Issue and/or be be familiar with 8130's and C of C's
- Monitor and verify quality.
- Recommend improvements
- Conform to specifications
- Record observations
- Capable of lifting up to 30lbs single-handedly
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 months of Repair and Overhaul experience.
- Has held or is currently a certificated repairman at their repair station, or currently holds an Airframe, Powerplantor A&P mechanic’s certificate.
- 2+years’ experience as an Inspector on Repair and Overhaul Aerospace products.
Ability to be able to understand, read, and write English per FAA Regulated Requirements. - U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS: Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
- Knowledge of labeling requirements
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures in quality control inspection field
- Good analytical and creative problem solving skill
- Ability to use tools and techniques to perform tests
- Ability to liftup to 30lbs
- Proactively and clearly communicate important, comprehensive, and specific information that others need
- Ability to read technical data and specifications
