Thewill be responsible for specifying, designing and maintaining automation equipment, tooling and applications as required to meet specifications.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Design, engineer, and modify existing and new moderately complex manufacturing assembly equipment, tooling and applications.
• Establish technical manuals, drawings, models, training documentation, preventative maintenance plans and troubleshooting guides for troubleshooting guides for assembly equipment and process.
• Understand the machine operating principle, Consequence of wear and tear parts and product Defects
• Ensure the uptime of machines through regular preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance
• Provide feedback to improve the design of process and equipment.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.
• Collaborates and offers input to planning, building, and maintaining assembly equipment process for new products.
• Identifies and drives change to ensure effectiveness of existing processes.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 5 years of related experience
• 2+ years of medical device experience
• Strong Solid works experience
• URS experience
• Plastic design (prefer)
• Injection molding experience (prefer)
• Test equipment (prefer)
