Your Role:
Manage incoming customer orders, including systems, options, and upgrades, overseeing and coordinating the process to ensure order information is complete and correct before booking.
Proactively collaborate with Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team.
Ensure timely handover of cases to order management following the agreed policy.
Provide support in standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team.

You're the Right Fit if:
You are a student with at least two years of studies, eager to gain hands-on experience in order management and supply chain operations.
You possess strong communication skills, are well-organized, and have a good knowledge of Excel.
You’re fluent in German (B2 level is required) and can communicate easily in English.
You have a strong attention to detail and analytical skills for order information completeness and correctness.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are quick to adapt and learn, and bring an energetic approach to your work.
You are available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
