Your Role:

• Assist the Sales Back Office (SBO) team with managing and cleansing activities before order entry into the SAP system.

• Create customer offers, targeting clients within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

• Work in the SFDC environment to organize and clean orders, ensuring they are ready for SAP processing. Enhance your understanding of the Quote-to-Invoice process for the DACH region.

• Collaborate closely with the allocation team to obtain delivery dates and ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements:

• You are a student with at least first year of studies completed.

• You are familiar with MS Office; an intermediate level of Excel (pivots, basic functions) would be a plus.

• You are fluent in Polish and English as well as proficient in German (minimum solid B1 level).

• You are proactive, enjoy dynamic environments, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges. You have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
