As a Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucialrole in analyzing and optimizing our organization's repair and overhaulmaintenance operations. With your expertise in data analysis and maintenanceprocesses, you will identify areas for improvement and develop strategies toenhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your insights andrecommendations will directly impact the organization's productivity,cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you’ll work out of our BatonRouge LA location on site work schedule.
• Analyze repair and overhaul maintenance data to identify trends, patterns,and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize maintenance processes, reducingdowntime and increasing productivity.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination andcommunication between maintenance, engineering, and production departments.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to repair andoverhaul maintenance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements inmaintenance analytics and apply them to enhance our operations.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of training programs to enhancethe technical skills and knowledge of the maintenance team.

• 5+ years of SAP experience • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in maintenance operations or repair and overhaul processes.
