Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including significant experience working on complex matters.
  • Significant experience managing eDiscovery.
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Sound judgment, strong interpersonal & organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases at a time are required.
  • Experience managing class action litigations.
  • Ability to advise business and legal clients effectively. A proven ability to manage expectations and keeping clients informed on status is highly desirable.
  • Highly motivated and independent self-starter.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent work ethic and collaborative skills
  • Proactive and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deliver timely and thoughtful solutions.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,400 and $260,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
