Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience. Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year degree. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineering, or related field and 1 year of related work experience.

Must have 1 year of experience working in the financial services industry, specifically in the lending space (core banking, mortgage, consumer, auto, or credit cards).

Must have 1 year of experience implementing change initiatives for leading corporations.

Must have 1 year of consulting experience in the financial services industry.

Must have 1 year of experience in at least one of the following:
- Process design
- Gap analysis
- Vendor selection
- Target Operating ModelingMust have 1 year of experience assessing and diagnosing financial services industry processes.

Must have 1 year of experience in at least one of the following:

- Definition of business and process requirements
- Design of business and process architecture
- Process design and implementation support
- Process selection and proof of concept
- Data mapping and conversion
- Quality assurance and testing
- Business and process reengineering
- Program/project management and implementation planning (PMO).

Must have 1 year of project experience in at least 1 of the following areas:
