Supports the sales operation activities, eg. MDM, Rebate processing, capital equipment tracking process, contract management, etc.
Ensures individual goals, SLA’s, KPI’s and OPI’s are met.
Initiating corrective actions for incidents and errors.
Monitors service indicators.
Executes department strategies and activities.
Support improvement initiatives and acheving the objectives of such imrovement projects. eg. Automation projects, system implementation projects, and process change, etc.
Provides daily,weekly or monthly reports on activities.
Provides frontline support for sales for critical issues and value added services.
Analyses sales requirements and supports others to achieve anticipated results.
Models strong inter-personal skills in communicating with the stakeholder.
Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures/DTP/LWI to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
Tracks completion of mandatory trainings.
Responsible for maintaining the required process documents needed from operational excellence perpective (Process maps,SOP, DTP etc) and ensuring the correctness ,completeness and relevance of these documents.
