In this role, you will:

  • Direct comprehensive next-generation PC gaming ecosystem product development from conception through end-of-life, engaging in all stages of the product lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance.

  • Serve as a central advanced pc gaming product lead resource, coordinating with design, process, development, quality, test, marketing, and distribution teams as the product(s) and/or product line(s) progress through their lifecycle.

  • Formulate and execute long-term pc gaming ecosystem and technologies roadmaps for operational expenditure control related to new pc gaming experiences.

  • Promote the adoption of new pc gaming technologies and industry-leading trends.

  • Oversee the design, modification, and evaluation of all phases of specific new gaming products or product groups, including PC Game AI

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.

• 8+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Technical Product Management in PC Gaming or Development or related work experience in the Game Industry.

  • Deep knowledge of the PC Gaming Industry and Gaming ecosystem for PC.

  • Deep knowledge of the latest PC Gaming trends and Gaming Technologies.

  • Deep knowledge of PC Game Engine development & roadmaps.

  • Knowledge of PC graphics technologies.

  • 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials.

  • 2+ years of negotiating 3rd party pc gaming business agreements, contracts, SOWs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts pc gaming market analysis to identify gaps and make portfolio decisions impacting pc gaming ecosystem product roadmaps.

  • Validates advanced pc gaming business cases, aligning them with organizational strategy and contributing to the gaming technologies product roadmap.

  • Develops and executes product portfolio launch strategies for pc gaming technologies, identifying technical marketing opportunities and ensuring successful product launches.

  • Prepares and delivers technical presentations on pc gaming ecosystem product roadmaps and proposals, integrating customer feedback.

  • Leads the creation of differentiated pc gaming technologies product roadmaps, facilitating cross-functional decision-making and stakeholder buy-in.

  • Drives cross-functional discussions to develop new and innovative pc gaming technologies that meet consumer and customer needs.

  • Oversees the development of new pc gaming technologies and ecosystme product portfolios, assessing cost, impact, and ROI.

  • Establishes long-term innovation strategies, product roadmaps, and aligns with our core Tech IP strategies for gaming technologies, ensuring alignment with AAA PC game studio interests.

  • Manages communication plans with internal customers, vendors, and senior management to build relationships and achieve gaming technologies product goals.

  • Ensures cross-functional collaboration to meet customer expectations and align with pc gaming ecosystem product roadmaps.

  • Translates cross-business unit needs and organizational strategy into successful gaming technologies product portfolios, partnering with cross-functional leaders.

  • Communicates complex information about gaming technologies effectively, requiring strong negotiation and influence skills.

  • Ensures realistic budgets, schedules, and performance standards for gaming technologies, with significant influence over key organizational decisions.

  • Completes multi-step tasks related to gaming technologies, requiring various cognitive abilities for both technical and creative tasks to reach innovative solutions.

  • Addresses abstract problems in gaming technologies requiring complex analysis and directs the resolution of issues impacting multiple areas with gaming ecosystem teams.

Level of Responsibility:

• Working independently with no supervision.

• Making decisions that are significant in impact, influencing overall program or project success, finances, and/or the ability to meet objectives; errors are not readily apparent due to the complexity of work process/product or time between decisions and results; errors typically result in significant expenditure of time, resources, and funds to correct.
