What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Audit stakeholders to drive effective financial risk management
- Improve efficiency of the control environment through implementation of automation solutions
- Develop and maintain data analytics models and tools to identify and assess key risks across the organization
- Design and implement continuous monitoring and reporting solutions to track risk trends
- Build interactive BI dashboards to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve risk management processes
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and risk management.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, and/or a related field
- 3+ years’ professional experience in building and supporting data analytics programs
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics techniques
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and internal audit methodologies
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year - USD$124,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
