About this role:

What you’ll do:

· Grow and mentor software engineers and technical leaders

· Deliver continuous feedback and performance review of engineers, with input from vertical leads and senior leadership

· Track progress on projects, help engineers grow their project management skills

· Preserve the engineering culture as we scale out the team

· Being a role model of company culture and values

Minimum Qualifications:

· 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering and 2+ years of experience in management

· Hands-on experience building and deploying cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent.

· Experience developing a product for the Kubernetes ecosystem, cloud providers and their marketplace

· Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, Go and the networking stack

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience of interacting and working with customers

· Experience managing independent, strong, and diverse teams

· Strong understanding of customer value
