Minimum qualifications:
  • JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in attorney-level in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
  • Experience with data center or network infrastructure.
  • Admitted to the bar or authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for the build, procurement and operation of technical infrastructure related projects.
  • Experience with submarine cable, colocation, dark fiber, and other technical infrastructure agreements.
  • Experience in advising on telecommunications regulations and US FCC licensing process.
  • Ability to manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to work on a broad variety of matters from complex matters to the routine standard matters across.
  • Excellent people management skills and a commitment to professionalism and working with others.
