Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the AI/ML ecosystem, including technology companies, research institutions, startups, and industry organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for collaboration initiatives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partners to develop joint projects, initiatives, and solutions.
Continuously assess market trends and identify new partnership opportunities to advance the company's AI/ML objectives and business goals.
Develop and implement metrics to track the success and impact of partnership initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management.
Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and engineering teams, to align partnership activities with company strategies and priorities.
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, partnership management, or a related role in the AI/ML industry.
Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partnerships, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of driving innovation and identifying new business opportunities.
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
The estimated base salary range for this role is $173,000 - $246,700.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
