Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in program or project management.
7 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing C-level stakeholders.
Past exposure to audits, compliance operations / strategy, program management, risk assessments, common controls frameworks, and process design / mapping.
Ability to self-start and self-directed work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and delivering results in challenging situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to multiple cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines.
