Minimum qualifications:
- Graduate of the highest level of secondary school.
- Academic grades in the average of 4.5 or higher.
- Completed Multicheck (Wirtschaft & Administration)
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently, to interact with stakeholders and schools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and interconnected thinking.
- Organizational talent with great presentation and teamwork skills.
- Interest in data and awareness of digital trends.
- Enthusiasm and passion for new technologies and tools, demonstrated through personal projects and interest in learning new skills.
- Intention to pursue the Berufsmaturitätsschule (BM1) during the apprenticeship.
- Have authorization to work in Switzerland.
