Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Manage technically complex programs, including mobile network integrations, mission-critical communication platforms, and IoT applications. Define program scope, deliverables, technical requirements, and success metrics aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaboration with Nokia Bell Labs: Oversee and facilitate collaboration with researchers from Nokia Bell Labs to integrate cutting-edge innovations into practical solutions. Ensure research outputs align with business objectives and program goals.
  • SCRM and Offer Management: Lead the management of the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and offer processes, ensuring robust and reliable workflows. Oversee offer preparation, approvals, and alignment with customer needs and internal capabilities.
  • Partner & Vendor Oversight: Manage contracts and activities of external partners and vendors. Ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints, while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Procurement Management: Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and logistics, ensuring timely availability of resources and alignment with program objectives.
  • Internal Process Coordination: Streamline and optimize internal workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, research, operations, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Homologation & Regulatory Compliance: Lead homologation efforts and ensure solutions meet industry standards, certifications, and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Management: Implement and maintain robust quality management frameworks to uphold high standards across deliverables. Continuously improve processes for enhanced reliability and execution.
  • Market & Partner Landscape Knowledge: Leverage a strong understanding of the Latin American and Brazilian markets and partner ecosystems to guide program execution and foster strategic collaborations.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define KPIs and track program progress, performance, and outcomes. Provide detailed reports to stakeholders on achievements, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in program or project management in technology-intensive industries, such as telecommunications, mining, energy, or industrial automation. Proven experience managing large-scale network-related projects, partner contracts, SCRM, and customer projects is essential.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of system architecture, mobile networks (LTE, 5G), embedded systems, and networking. Familiarity with IoT, AI/ML applications, and mission-critical communication platforms.
  • SCRM & Offer Process Management: Experience in managing SCRM workflows, offer preparation, and aligning deliverables with both internal and external stakeholder expectations.
  • Delivery Management: Demonstrated experience coordinating activities to guarantee the timely and successful delivery of products and services to customers in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Proven track record of managing procurement processes and contracts with vendors and external partners, ensuring alignment with program goals.
  • Homologation & Quality Management: Experience leading homologation processes and implementing quality management frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for analyzing complex challenges, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions in dynamic environments.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional ability to communicate technical and operational aspects to stakeholders at all levels. Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, PgMP, or SAFe) are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in mission-critical mobile networks and IoT device integration.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and certification processes for homologation.
  • Expertise in procurement tools and supplier relationship management.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with tools like Wireshark, QXDM, Docker, or Kubernetes for technical debugging and deployment.
  • Knowledge of LTE and 5G network architecture, including radio products, network troubleshooting, and network management systems.
