Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
8 years of experience with UK labor law and labor relations environment.
Experience with formal employee representation bodies, including Unions.
Experience implementing HR projects, risk management/mitigation, and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge on a broad range of HR subjects, exposure to Center of Excellence disciplines and local employment law (UK specific).
Ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive market priorities.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, and comfortable leading through ambiguity.
