Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Oversee development, management, and optimization of financial systems, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance to support organizational growth.

Working knowledge Lease Administration, ManagePath, creLink, CorpFin, Oracle, FDW and other applications is desired

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
•Develop and execute strategies for financial systems that align with organizational goals, and lead the planning, design, and implementation of new systems or upgrades.


•Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to understand their needs, ensuring financial systems meet these requirements and acting as a liaison between finance and technology teams.
•Conduct system audits, manage budgets, ensure compliance, handle vendor relationships, and provide performance reports, along with any additional tasks as assigned.Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.YesEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.

Our Associate Director - Financial Systems earn between $116,700 - $196,100 USD annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
