Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
8 years of experience working with a telecommunications carrier, data center provider, or Internet Service Provider (ISP).
5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with US Team telecommunication regulators such as FCC, Team telecom.
Experience developing and managing tools, policies, procedures, and processes for establishing compliance oversight, responding to incidents of non-compliance.
Knowledge of CFIUS compliance, regulatory requirements, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks in the telecommunications sector.
Ability to work across internal and external teams on initiatives aimed at improving performance and quality, while ensuring compliance internally and externally.
Familiarity with physical and cyber security measures for telecommunications and methods for auditing the implementation.
Familiarity with subsea cables, cable stations, and Telco infrastructure investments.
