What You'll Do
- Stakeholder Management - Guide the stakeholder through unique situations, sensitivities, and competing priorities using thoughtful business-backed and empathetic solutions
- Data - Regularly assess data to ensure reliability via established dashboards and reports
- Analysis - Communicate complex data into comprehensive narratives
- Closing - Use market knowledge to advise Hiring Managers on potential bottlenecks and develop a strategy to influence the candidates’ decision to join
- Business Acumen - Understand interdependencies between functions (e.g. Mobility, Comp, Immigration, etc.) and adjust recruiting strategy to align
- Assessment + Process - Continuously review the assessment process and proactively realigns with Hiring Managers when faced with bottlenecks
- Pipeline Management - Solid understanding of talent distribution via talent mapping, and use this knowledge to develop and tailor effective pipeline strategies
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
- Previous Insurance recruiting experience (including Insurance Agents, Claims Associates, and Actuaries)
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred
- Experience with ICIMS or other ATS
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Experience interpreting data and using it to guide hiring decisions
- Has partnered with a wide variety of clients, including senior level business leaders and seasoned professional candidates
- Has experience hiring in an organization focused on cultivating a diverse workforce
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$107,000 per year - USD$119,000 per year.
For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$95,000 per year - USD$105,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$119,000 per year - USD$132,000 per year.
