Build senior relationships: Cultivate trust-based relationships with C-level executives, creating shared value and co-developing growth strategies.
Inspire & develop talent: Attract, coach, and empower a team of high-caliber account managers and customer success managers. Build a thriving culture that’s inclusive, performance-driven, and customer-obsessed.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Regional Leadership, and Global Enterprise teams to ensure we bring the full power of Uber Eats to our partners.
Shape global strategy: Contribute to regional and global enterprise playbooks by sharing learnings and scaling best practices across countries.
8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, business development, strategy consulting, or similar — ideally in fast-growth tech or food delivery.
People leadership experience with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
Commercial acumen with strong data interpretation and decision-making abilities.
Fluent in Portuguese and English — confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive storytelling and analysis.
Strong relationship builder with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
Bonus: Background in MBB consulting, scale-ups, or tech giants; SQL literacy is a plus.
