As an EPM you will collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive, plan and track firmware and low-level software projects to support the technology development. You will build development schedules, identify critical paths, and drive project/programs through execution. You'll identify and highlight technical risk areas and mitigation strategies in partnership with Apple technologists while ensuring continuous tight coordination and communication with engineering teams. You will also synthesize and abstract large amounts of data into concise written and verbal analyses that provide key findings, recommendations and actionable items.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field
- 5+ years of industry experience in program management
- - Program management experience taking a product through all the stages of development
- - Experience in embedded firmware/software development and ML video processing with hardware, firmware, software consumer product development experience
- - Understand and deals well with changes, while remaining calm and flexible and in the face of uncertainty and/or ambiguity
- - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities with a cross-functional collaborative approach
- - Self-motivation with creative and critical thinking capabilities
