Job responsibilities
- Oversee quarterly earnings and annual Investor Day including public disclosure, as well as back-up analytics and preparation materials
- Prepare Q&A materials for senior management meetings with JPMorgan investors/sell-side analysts
- Prepare Consumer & Community Banking disclosure (i.e., financials, analytics, market share, leadership rankings) for the annual shareholder letter and proxy
- Perform competitor analysis of peer disclosures during quarterly earnings and at industry conferences
- Create materials for monthly and quarterly Consumer & Community Banking leadership team meetings, townhalls and offsites
- Consolidate top weekly business insights for the Operating Committee and leadership team
- Perform ad-hoc analytics, presentations, and supporting materials for senior management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work across senior levels of the organization including with the CFO of Consumer & Community Banking
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Exercise sound judgment, professional maturity, and personal integrity and observe the highest degree of confidentiality
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Retail Financial Services (Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Credit Card, Mortgage, Auto Finance) preferred
- Knowledge of Essbase preferred
