Role expectations
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct internal HR investigations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Administer and interpret policies related to immigration, leaves of absence, and workplace accommodations.
  • Assist in the development, communication, and maintenance of HR policies and the employee handbook.
  • Provide guidance on performance management processes, including documentation, coaching, and improvement plans.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support compliance with employment laws and internal standards.
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy for reporting and audits.
  • Support HR projects and programs such as engagement initiatives, training rollouts, and organizational changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 years of progressive HR experience, preference to candidates with employee relations experience.
  • Experience with supporting business in Canada is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Pay Transparency
For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
