You will work with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and service teams to gather requirements to develop, deploy, measure, automate, and streamline key operational processes.Key job responsibilities- Write clear and detailed SOPs and functional requirements.
- Ensure there is optimal fit between people, process, and technology (tools).
- Update related training modules / serve as Point of Contact (POC) to training function.
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application.- Have a sense for the degree and types of communications leadership, middle management, developers and technicians each require to be an effective communicator.

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
