Bachelor's degree in Hardware Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in applying Design for Reliability techniques.
Experience in statistical analysis, including Monte Carlo Analysis, Design of Experiments (DoE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Gage repeatability and reproducibility.
Experience in applying design for reliability techniques (e.g., FTA, DFMEA) and reliability modeling techniques (e.g., Reliability Block Diagram, Weibull, Reliability Growth Models).
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science.
Experience with failure analysis techniques for electrical, mechanical or optical components.
Experience with Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW or other programming languages for data analysis and hardware tests.
Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners and manufacturing processes.
Ability to summarize and communicate issues to executives.
