As a Manager in the Card Marketing Activation & Transformation Team (CMAT), you will oversee marketing campaigns aimed at prospective and current credit card customers. Your role involves inviting potential customers to apply for a credit card and encouraging existing customers to increase usage, highlight benefits, or inform them of changes. You will also support marketing-related projects, executing strategies across multiple channels and developing new products and capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of 4 to 6 campaign/project managers.
- Oversee bi-weekly acquisition campaigns.
- Support marketing-related projects across multiple delivery channels.
- Focus on the development and implementation of new products and marketing capabilities.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years in marketing execution, people management, or similar roles.
- Strong skills in people development and client relationship management at all levels.
