As aSenior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience strategy and design for Cisco’s AI-driven security products. You will work on complex design challenges, ensuring intuitive and accessible experiences while collaborating across teams.
- Design user experiences and interaction flows for security applications.
- Utilize user research insights and business goals to inform design decisions and product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring a design-centric perspective to product development.
- Develop scalable and forward-thinking design solutions, considering future needs and constraints.
- Mentor and guide less experienced designers, fostering a culture of innovation and human-centered design.
- Bachelor's degree + 7 years of related experience, orMaster'sdegree + 4 years of related experience, or PhD + 1 year of related experience.
- Experience indesigning user experiences and interaction designfor enterprise or consumer applications, includingwireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Experience working incross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and UX research.
- Prior experience inindustry-standard design toolssuch as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing forenterprise security or SaaS products.
- Strong knowledge ofAI-driven product designanddata visualization techniques.
- Background instartup environments or design agencieswith hands-on experience.
- Proven ability toadvocate for designand influence product strategy through storytelling and presentation.
- Prior experience contributing to scalable design systems in product development.
