About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to help shape the future of supply chain technology. You'll be at the forefront of solving complex technical challenges while building scalable, innovative solutions that transform how businesses manage their supply chain operations.What You'll Do:
• Lead and architect mission-critical initiatives across multiple teams, establishing best practices for software development
• Design, develop, and deploy robust infrastructure solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring systems to ensure service reliability
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
• Develop secure, highly available services that power supply chain operations
• Create innovative solutions to enhance service quality and customer experienceIdeal Candidate Will Have:
• Good background in designing and building large-scale distributed systems
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring other engineers
• Expertise in modern software development practices and cloud technologies
• Track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
