The Commercial Credit Officer (CO) is a highly skilled resource, providing expert level advisory guidance in the most complex, integrated debt capital solutions for commercial banking clients. Products principallyinclude lines of creditterm loansmanagement of allproducts including Treasury Management,hedging and other ancillary solutionsthat have credit exposure, and leverages product expertise to deliver the best possible and optimally integrated strategic solution for the client or prospect. This role reports to the Commercial Credit Managerand will be aligned to an Underwriting Team that supports the market.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the credit process for a portfolio of clients
• Builds relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Provides capital structure solutions and drives credit sales
• Leads the credit and risk approval processes

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of solid Commercial Banking/Corporate Finance experience
• Experience in financial analysis, structuring, underwriting, risk assessment and portfolio management
• Analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and loan structuring
• Proven sales results through client acquisition, expansion, and retention
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate vertically, horizontally, and externally
• Industry knowledge across multiple sectors, including Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services

BA/BS Degree Desired
