Senior Manager, Cyber Identity Access Management

• Identity data management experience that includes provisioning, identity syncing, attribute schemas and databases.
• Manage enterprise cloud infrastructures in AWS.
• Analyze, enhance, and support the security posture of a highly complex, enterprise level authentication environment in a hybrid on-premise and cloud hosted configuration.
• Leverage cloud native services to modernize and automate operational processes
• Translate business needs into workable technology solutions that meet the needs of internal customers.
• Participate in or lead troubleshooting and incident resolution of complex, high severity incidents
• Develop automated solutions using scripts, pipelines, and cloud based server-less computing platforms
• Develop detailed architecture, standards, design, and implementation documentation
• Analyze the current Authentication Services environment to identify both technical and operational opportunities and develop continuous improvement action plans.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 6 years experience in cybersecurity or information technology
• At least 3 years experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
• At least 3 years of experience with identity data management platforms

• Master's Degree
• 4+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
• 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
  

McLean, VA: $193,400 - $220,700 for Manager, Cyber Technical Richmond, VA: $175,800 - $200,700 for Manager, Cyber Technical Plano, TX: $175,800 - $200,700 for Manager, Cyber TechnicalThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
