- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience turning data sets into a narrative with visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, tables) and presenting it to professionals and executives.
- 9 years of experience supporting scaled reporting solutions, including partnering with technical teams to scope requirements.
- 5 years of experience leading a project team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collaborating on projects involving multiple teams, managing relationships with clients, and presenting to audiences.
- Experience in advanced statistics, applied research methodology for quantitative and qualitative data, and survey psychometrics (e.g., survey development, interpretation).
- Ability to manage global projects, multiple timelines, and initiatives across a distributed set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including engagement with executive leadership.
