As an Associate in the Product Operations team, you will be a self-starter focused on the governance, adoption and usage of agility tools within Product, Experience, Data and Technology teams. You will have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the Consumer & Community banking community. You will contribute in a dynamic environment as both an individual contributor and as part of broader, collaborative efforts.
Job responsibilities
- Create and define tooling solutions for CCB Product, Experience and Technology Agility Tools
- Focus on adoption of consistent tool usage across the PXT community by reviewing requested changes to policies and providing recommendations, and work with products to drive adoption of new policies
- Draft, publish and maintain system and process documentation as a source of reference for PXT
- Provide team guidance to product teams on usage of Agility tools and practices
- Focus on delivering the PXT leadership vision even when encountering headwinds
- Leverage analytic tools to provide insights and guidance on tool usage and areas for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships across PXT community in order to effectively guide and influence change
- Identify opportunities to help teams better adhere to our data quality standards
- Ensure strategic updates are represented in the tool and work closely with training teams to create training content as tool usage evolves and policies change
- Participate in community engagement and represent Product Operations in key forums
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years product, change management or process improvement experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive level communication.
- Ability to build strong internal and external client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Candidates must be self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances.
- Agile product experience.
- Agile project management tools including Align, Jira, Confluence.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working on projects through all phases of a software development lifecycle
