Key Responsibilities
As an HR Executive, you will:
• Manage recruitment activities for specific units and support other HR development initiatives
• Handle the HR data analytics using Power BI
• Liaise and communicate with local, regional, and global personnel
• Contribute to a collaborative, close-knit team environment, reporting directly to the Head of HRD
What We’re Looking for
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience and a partial qualification in HR
• Exceptional teamwork and multitasking skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and high-quality standards
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience of using the Peoples HR (hSenid) System
• Age between 21-25 years
