As a Manager / Assistant Manager, you will support our clients with their accounting and reporting obligations, lead and manage the timely delivery of accounting, finance and tax compliance services. You will work with a team of like-minded, enthusiastic professionals who operate an effective accounting and finance function for clients. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities. As Manager/ Assistant Manager, you will:
• Prepare financial statements
• Prepare and support the budgeting, forecasting and analysis process
• Develop financial reporting best practices
• Data analytics and bringing insight to client financial information
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
• Manage the financial reporting team, ensuring they are updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations
• Coordinate annual audit process
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding financial reporting matters
• Assist clients with the design and implementation of Financial Accounting Outsourcing solutions
We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.
• Fully qualified in CA, CIMA, or ACCA qualifications
• 2—5 years of similar nature work experience
• Excellent accounts with strong consideration experience
• Strong communication skills in English language both written and verbal
• Good knowledge/exposure of U.K. GAAP and IFRS
• Hands on experience on use of accounting software Ideally sage intact – will be an added advantage
