Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- 4+ years of hands-on experiences in delivering and supporting complex IT and distributed systems/HPC environments both on-premises and in the cloud.
- 4+ years of experiences with HPC/AI hardware, software and workloads (preferably with a mix of customer facing, delivering solution architecture, technical lead, or developer roles).
- 4+ years of experience and fluency with relevant programming languages, scripting languages and devops.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis,
- OR product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP and on-prem HPC systems with solid understanding of HPC/AI architecture and requirements for running CPU and GPU and multi-node workloads [processor technology, networks, memory components etc.]
- Demonstrated understanding and application of Azure cloud governance, networking, identity management, security and monitoring solutions with experience with HPC/AI software development and workload optimization
- Demonstrated ability to engage with partners and customers to understand their business needs and priorities, and to independently lead, innovate and deliver from concept to production.
