Web Specialist (Digital Marketing Specialist II)

Key requirements:

• Responsible for updating product information and all content on the website coming from internal business (promotions, including images and copy), ensuring that all information is accurate;
• Deliver excellent content and application functionality, and ensure a fully responsive, mobile-ready global online experience;
• Guide the business on web architecture, design, user experience, web content, SEO and SEM best practices that will drive conversion to leads and revenue;
• Regularly report and analyse platform performance (including financial, sales and marketing reports);
• Perform user testing or use analysis to determine the websites’ effectiveness and usability;
• Actively take part in the support of the technical issue in coordination with the support teams;
• Analyse web KPIs and adapt based on data and insights.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience);
• Business fluent in written and spoken English, other European languages represent a plus;
• Significant experience in enterprise-level and global web strategy, user experience, site optimization, and content management;
• Strong capabilities in web content SEO, personalization, and site optimization;
• Deep IT strengths in CMS, Web Platforms, SFDC integration, and Dynamic Publishing and Content Management.
