Job responsibilities
- Partner with Area Product Owners and product team for ongoing refinement of product backlog and execution of the product roadmap.
- Define and present strategy for features, write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and participate in all agile events of the product group as a team member.
- Act as voice of the customer and drive product vision.
- Manage existing product features and actively lead the research, definition, and development of new features to advance the product roadmap.
- Work with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver, and align solutions to product vision and roadmap.
- Act as subject matter expert with respect to Customer Identity and Access Management processes and supporting applications/capabilities.
- Support feature teams with MVP, testing, user experience testing, product backlog refinement, research, and other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of product delivery experience in Digital.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.).
- Ability to manage backlog and dependency tasks with Auth Product APG’s and external Products.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills.
- Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Agile/Scrum certifications a plus.
- Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams.
