Your key responsibilities
- Manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and functions.
- Develop and deploy consistent communications plans that reach key internal audiences, while allowing for local input, customization and integration of messages in appropriate channels.
- Develop and manage communications and engagement programs for EY’s multiple people audiences; proactively identify their diverse needs
- Use advanced communication skills to interact effectively with the team and stakeholders to offer strategic and operational solutions.
- Manage and oversee large CE projects from concept through execution, and balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Have a consulting approach, strategic thinking, ability to take initiative and willingness to adapt, influence, and challenge.
- Interact and collaborate with internal teams on multiple projects
- Looks at opportunities to expand the reach of the business to other onshore stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Overall 14 years’ experience and 10 years’ CE experience
- Graduate – Bachelor’s or master’s degree – preferably in English literature/Mass communication/Journalism
- Excellent writing ability in English and experience in various forms of writing – must be able to produce writing samples in English or complete a writing assignment
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Extensive experience in internal communications / corporate communications
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Strong experience managing and advising senior stakeholders
- Business acumen to understand the leadership strategy and translate it in the deliverables prepared
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis and cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities
- Technologies and Tools
- MS Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Desirable – Content CMS, communications analytics, Videos scripting, SharePoint
