Reporting to our Global Consulting Communications and Engagement Lead, you will support our internal communications and employee engagement strategy to engage, inspire and connect our 100,000+ EY practitioners in Consulting across more than 150 countries.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely on the day-to-day delivery of a range of communication plans that support our business priorities. You’ll use a mix of channels (including the intranet, Viva Engage, webcasts and video platforms), create materials and work on events to help inform and engage our people across the world. You will also support leadership communications, and collaborate with colleagues across Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) to help ensure integrated activities and consistent messaging across the business and EY. You will also be passionate about delivering with impact, meeting timelines, and proving value through measurement.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and building collaborative relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience creating employee communication collateral and content
- Good understanding of digital channels, content, and engagement metrics
- Experience working with internal communication channels and ability to think creatively about sharing content
- Experience and a good understanding on what a good communications plan looks like and how to pull one together
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A minimum of 10+ years’ experience working in internal communications
- Project management experience
- Ability to collect, handle and present data
- A Bachelor’s degree with a communications or marketing major or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a large, matrix organization and across multiple geographies
- Your own viewpoint and ideas, and the confidence to share them to help us deliver world-class communications
