- 10 years of experience in sourcing with a focus on electronics components, semiconductors, custom silicon/ASIC.
- Experience in implementing strategies across multiple functions of an organization.
- Experience with manufacturing flow for silicon and packaging.
- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and delivering results.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating agreements.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Engineering.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
