- 2 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R), querying databases or statistical analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
- Experience with machine learning on data sets.
- Experience articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using available data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to teach others and learn new techniques such as differential privacy.
- Passion for knowledge and learning, science, ambiguity, with an interest in practical application of science to business.
