As a Sr Machine Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of equipment and facilities at our Port Manatee, Florida location. You will be accountable for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and contribute to the overall success of our operations.You will report directly to our Maintenance Supervisor and work out of our Palmetto, Florida facility.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Work with the maintenance team to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history.
• Comply with safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Industrial Control Systems and AC/DC Motor Drive Systems Troubleshooting and repair PLC Controlled equipment troubleshooting and repair

• Ability to read, understand and troubleshoot using electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and piping schematics
• Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic repair experience

Industrial Control Systems and AC/DC Motor Drive Systems Troubleshooting and repair PLC Controlled equipment troubleshooting and repair

Ability to read, understand and troubleshoot using electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and piping schematics

Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic repair experience

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.
• 480VAC/3/60 electrical troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
