Here’s the bit about the role:You will take full ownership of technical engagements, from demonstrating the Fireblocks platform, to onboarding clients and supporting them throughout the sales cycle and beyond. You will work directly with C-level executives, technical teams, and business decision-makers to ensure our platform meets their unique requirements. This role is both customer-facing and collaborative, requiring strong communication skills and technical acumen.
You’ll do:- Pre-Sales Support : Partner with Account Executives, Sales Directors, and Business Development teams to support the sales process by delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients across the EMEA region.
- Solution Design : Understand customer needs, evaluate technical requirements, and propose Fireblocks solutions that address their business goals.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) and RFP Management : Lead the design, setup, and execution of PoCs to demonstrate the value of the Fireblocks platform. Contribute to RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
- Technical Presentations : Deliver in-depth technical presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives, explaining the platform’s features, security architecture, and integration capabilities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing development of Fireblocks solutions.
- Industry Expertise : Develop a strong understanding of the blockchain, digital asset, and cybersecurity landscape to position Fireblocks as a trusted advisor for clients looking to build and scale digital asset infrastructure.
You’ll bring:- Experience : 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales role, preferably within a fintech, cybersecurity, or crypto/blockchain environment.
- Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset operations, or cybersecurity. Hands-on experience with APIs and technical integrations is a plus.
- Communication Skills : Confident and concise presenter with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Consultative Selling : Proven ability to work in a consultative sales environment, understanding client needs and recommending the best technical solutions to meet those needs.
- Customer Focus : Passion for customer success, with a track record of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to think critically and solve complex technical problems in real-time during client engagements.
- Collaboration : Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Travel : Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed for client engagements.
Desirable Experience- Knowledge of banking, financial services, payments, or crypto industries.
- Familiarity with blockchain protocols and digital asset custody solutions.
- Experience with RFPs and Proof of Concept (PoC) projects.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage (e.g., French, German, Spanish).
