In this senior role, you’ll help shape the Retail product vision for the LatAm business by driving key marketplace initiatives across workstreams. You’ll lead major retail product rollouts, ensure seamless launches, and deliver measurable impact.
While you won’t own every project end-to-end, your role will be critical in aligning stakeholders, removing blockers, and translating ambiguity into clear action.
As the bridge between LatAm Ops and Global Product teams, you’ll champion regional priorities, influence product roadmaps, and drive long-term improvements to courier experience, reliability, and cost efficiency.
What You’ll DoLead Retail Product Rollouts: Oversee scoping, testing, launch, and post-launch performance tracking across LatAm
Own Marketplace Reliability: Monitor and influence key KPIs related to supply health and operational excellence
Drive Regional Product Planning: Translate market insights into regional needs, define product gaps, and influence global product roadmaps
Champion Operational Impact: Represent LatAm Ops in product discussions and advocate for features that enhance courier engagement and marketplace performance
Surface and Act on Opportunities: Identify improvements to reliability, efficiency, or user experience; quantify and partner on solutions
Coordinate Stakeholders: Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with local teams, commercial leads, and product partners
Lead Analytical Deep-Dives: Run root cause analyses, support business cases, and measure launch effectiveness using SQL and Excel
Manage Feedback Loops: Own bug triage, regional feedback intake, and documentation of best practices and adoption
5+ years of experience in Operations, Product Strategy, Project Management, or similar roles, preferably in tech, logistics, consulting, or marketplace environments
Proficiency in SQL and Excel — capable of conducting deep analysis and building compelling cases
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
Proven ability to influence without authority and manage complex stakeholder landscapes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple workstreams
Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and high comfort with ambiguity
Resilience, ownership, and the ability to move initiatives forward even when facing setbacks or external blockers
Experience in Retail, Groceries, Pharma, Convenience, or E-commerce
Exposure to product launch processes or marketplace product strategies
Track record of navigating cross-regional or global stakeholder environments
Familiarity with courier experience, last-mile dynamics, or operations-driven product roles
