- Infrastructure and user support activities: - Install, repair, and support user applications, including CAD/CAM software and various laser-specific softwares- Add, configure, and remove users through Active Directory (AD)- Manage IIS websites for the organization- Perform SQL server management for all existing instances and databases- Perform firewall configurations- Work with software OEMs to report issues and request enhancements- Lead several complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and deliver quality work- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing; maintain detailed and accurate records, and prepare clear and concise written reports- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on new releases and best practices- Effectively network with key contacts outside own area of expertise - Prepare engineering specifications, statements of work, and estimates for a wide range of facility related projects
