As a Director of Engineering, you will lead a large engineering group responsible for the delivery of our Platform solutions to our global developer base. You will also own and maintain many customer-facing applications. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading experts on a global team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with other engineering, product, and security leaders to develop and execute our product strategy
• Leading and developing distributed Software Engineering teams, enabling them to solve problems and deliver high quality software
• Collaborating across the organization to develop products that excite customers today and innovate for tomorrow
• Designing, updating and managing the application platform

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 15+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
• Have extensive experience leading large distributed software engineering teams with a track record of delivering innovative products
• Demonstrate significant experience in the platform domain. Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Be a highly collaborative team player with the ability to manage, influence and achieve alignment across teams
