In this role, you will drive Finance, Costing, Supply Chain Operations and Governance solutions for our Engineering across CO+I organization to transform and digitize processes. As part of this team, you will help define and drive a charter to deliver against the NorthStar goal of building robust automation for the Finance and supply chain costing functions which will result into 100% schedule & cost predictability and fastest cycle times for DC Capacity Delivery. To achieve this, you will help build the next generation of solutions which integrate AI/ML based recommendation engines to enable cost and schedule modeling, supply planning, and execution planning while also integrating with the broader CO+I engineering & Corporate ecosystem.

Qualifications

:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ year's of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 4+ year's experience in delivering end-to-end Implementation projects using SAP Project and Portfolio Management, SAP Project Systems, SAP S/4, SAP ECC, Dynamics 365

These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ year's experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ year's of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Defining overall strategy and vision for transformatoin of business function from legacy tools to integrated enterprise platform.
  • 6+ year's experience and delivering 3+ end-to-end Implementation projects using SAP Ariba Source to Pay, ECC, SAP S/4 EPPM, SAP S/4 FICO, Dynamics 365
  • 5+ Expertise in SAP Ariba Sourcing, Procurement using Buying and Invoicing, Project Systems and Asset Accounting, cross module integration touch points with Master Data, Planning, Sourcing, Construction, and Asset Management. Integration skills to develop functional specifications for integration with other SAP/Non-SAP Applications
  • 5+ Year's Engineering experience of Financial processes in Construction (EPC) industry. Process knowledge and functional xperience in SAP General Ledger, Procure to Pay, Microsoft Dynamics F&O, along with strong change management, training, problem-solving, and troubleshooting experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance and supply chain best practices, Including Portfolio Management, Project Management, Procure to Pay, Asset Capitalization, inventory management, and Cost management.
  • Functional background in SAP, S/4, Microsoft Dynamics, other enterprise resource planning (ERP) and master data management systems, integration, APIs, Cloud based solutions and Middleware.
  • Analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to diagnose and guide teams to troubleshoot issues, solve complex problems, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Technical Program Manager, your mission is to develop and execute cutting-edge Finance, Governance and costing solutions across CO+I Organization. As the TPM, you’ll lead projects from planning to delivery by working closely with business stakeholders and engineers across CO+I engineering. Lead project initiatives, drive end to end digital transformation to implement state-of-art processes & tools and remain accountable for the targeted business outcomes. As part of this role/responsibility you will own building the vision for the business area, driving discussions, and participating in defining the to-be state for business processes and building the engineering roadmap, owning and driving the engineering execution by working closely with engineering leads and the business teams. Develop a clear product roadmap balancing business, technical, and experience considerations. Manage data migration, provide guidance, monitor progress, stay abreast of industry trends, and foster a culture of data stewardship and collaboration. Elevate the Industry with impeccable supplier lifecycle, supplier performance, sourcing, contracting and procurement processes for new data center build and data center operations, solutions and tools.

  • You will identify complex opportunities and gaps across multiple product and service feature areas, collaborate with other departments to evaluate opportunity, define solution options, and propose a roadmap.
  • You will partner with Business and Software Engineering to design technical solutions across feature areas. You’ll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.
  • You will develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for cross system integration.
  • You will partner cross teams and coordination for timelines with internal and external partners.
  • You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to integration processes and configurations.
  • You’ll define success criteria and create relationships for implementing features for complex cross-functional projects. You’ll coordinate and ensure alignment across organizations.
  • You will deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plan, and manage governance programs.
  • You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases from scratch. You’ll also lead teams to partner with other departments to collect performance metrics, drive customer support, and lead direct customer engagements.
