Product Management Director, Capital Finance and Specialized Industries
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for designing exceptional client experiences that exceed expectations and drive long term business value via product strategy and roadmap alignment.
- Understand the nuances of industry and market needs within Asset Based Lending and Specialized industries as well as understanding end to end operating model - from originations to operations.
- Leads and aligns cross-functional coordination, driving measurable outcomes and customer benefits.
- Responsible for key business and customer metrics as well as the related processes and policies, including risk and controls.
- Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors.
- Analyze customer and results-oriented information.
- Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products.
- Identify opportunities and strategies for establishing pricing policies, distribution strategies, technical systems, and customer requirements with Asset Based Lending.
- Manage companywide efforts to align and coordinate distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, training, and ongoing product, and service management.
- Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues to meet deliverables.
- Interpret and develop range of new products or product lines and product life cycle management for functions with moderate to high complexity and risk.
- Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 4+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of financial services industry experience, either directly within or closely associated with capital finance.
- Results-focused leader with an ability to inspire and instill a strong culture of accountability and excellence across teams and throughout the business.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building, partnering and collaboration skills with clear ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of key businesspartners/stakeholdersincluding senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior management and ability to articulate key messages around risk, issues, customer impacts, etc.
- Experience with Agile execution structures
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferred.
Pay Range
$173,300.00 - $359,900.00
